Semolina, Suji, or Rawa is a handy ingredient and easy to cook. It is used as a battering ingredient in many Indian dishes. But we can also use it as a main ingredient in various foods, both sweet and spicy. We use it to make Upma, Suji ka Halwa, Uttapam, Idli, Upma, Suji cake, and Rawa Laddoo.
